Ticmint 2.0 – Event Ticketing Software, Rebuilt

Ticmint 2.0: The Most Complete Event Management Platform We've Ever Built
Overview
We’ve been quiet for a while. Heads down, building.
If you’ve been with us from the beginning, if you sent us feedback, filed a support ticket, jumped on a call to tell us what wasn’t working, this release is for you.
Ticmint 2.0 is the most complete version of our event ticketing software we’ve ever shipped. It just took real events, real organisers, and real problems to know exactly what it needed to look like
Where We Started
When we launched Ticmint, the promise was simple: event organisers deserve a platform that works for them, not against them. No marketplace lock-in. No giving away your attendee data. No paying 10% to a platform that treats your fans as its own customers.
That vision was right. And over two years of running real events, we figured out exactly what it needed to look like.
We heard it all:
- “Event creation has too many steps.”
- “I need to run weekly events — why do I have to set them up individually?”
- “Can I have some tickets that only certain people can see?”
- “The dashboard feels complicated.”
- “I just need a simple way to manage RSVPs for a private dinner.”
Every one of those conversations shaped what you’re looking at today.
What We Learned Along the Way
Running real events at scale gave us something no roadmap could: a clear picture of what event organisers actually need versus what we assumed they needed.
We ran the Yonex-Sunrise India Open on Ticmint. India’s largest badminton tournament. An event that had never charged for tickets before. 13,062 tickets sold, 500,000+ new users, 138 countries reached, 3X ROAS. The infrastructure held. The platform delivered. But we came out of it with a list of everything that needed to be better.
We ran Peak Longevity Fest in Dubai. A premium wellness event where every touchpoint had to feel world-class. 3.1X revenue year-on-year. VIP sold out. NPS 10/10. But again, a list.
We onboarded The Times Group. AfroLoud. Caribtix. TEDx. Each one taught us something different about how events actually run at scale.
1,600 events & 200,000+ fans. Across all of that, a pattern emerged: the platform was working, but the platform was also fighting its users at every turn.
Too many clicks to create an event. No native way to handle recurring schedules. Ticket management that required workarounds. An order screen that wasn’t built for speed. An interface that felt like it was designed for one type of event when our organisers were running dozens of different kinds.
Ticmint 2.0 is our answer to all of it.
The Rebuild
The first thing you’ll notice is the dashboard. It’s faster, cleaner, and built around how organisers actually move through their work, not how we imagined they would.
Card-based layout. Cleaner navigation. Every section has been rethought so you can manage events, orders, and analytics with significantly fewer clicks. It’s not just a redesign. The entire information architecture changed. What used to take three screens takes one. What used to require a support ticket now has a logical home.
A Completely New Dashboard
The first thing you’ll notice is the dashboard. It’s faster, cleaner, and built around how organisers actually move through their work — not how we imagined they would.
Card-based layout. Cleaner navigation. Every section rethought so you can manage events, orders, and analytics with significantly fewer clicks. It’s not just a redesign. The entire information architecture changed. What used to take three screens takes one. What used to require a support ticket now has a logical home.
A Faster, Smarter Event Creation Flow
The old event creation flow asked for everything upfront. It was thorough — and exhausting.
The new flow is step-by-step, guided, and built around the order decisions actually need to be made. AI-generated tags and categories mean you’re never starting from a blank screen. Automatic currency detection sets the right currency based on your event location — for online events, it defaults to your customer’s local currency without you touching anything.
Events that used to take an hour to configure take minutes. And they look better out of the box.
Multiple Images + Hero Image Support
Your event page now supports a full image carousel. Upload as many visuals as you want — including GIFs. Set a Hero Image and it automatically becomes the cover on the ticket PDF your attendees receive.
Better event pages convert better. We shouldn’t have to say that — but the old platform made it hard to put images front and centre.
A Notion-Style Rich Text Editor
Event descriptions were a weak point. The old editor was basic — you could bold something, maybe add a bullet list. That was it.
The new editor is a Notion-style block editor. Headings, bold, bullet points, checklists, embedded images and videos, tables, callouts, dividers, drag-and-drop blocks. Your event page can now actually tell the story of your event — not just describe it.
Recurring Events — Built Properly, Finally
This was the most requested feature from our organiser community. And it’s the one we took the longest to build because we refused to build it badly.
Most platforms give you a checkbox that says “repeating event” and then make you manage each date as a separate entity. That’s not a recurring event system; that’s just duplication with extra steps.
Ticmint 2.0 introduces a proper recurring event engine. Set a schedule, daily, weekly, monthly, or fully custom. Configure all your ticket types centrally. Override pricing at the slot level for weekends, peak days, or special dates. Add one-off slots that fall outside the pattern. Disable a slot without affecting the rest of the schedule.
Most importantly, every slot has its own analytics. Sales, attendance, and revenue are tracked per slot, all on one screen.
This is what recurring events should have always looked like on a modern event ticketing platform.
Access Code Tickets
Some tickets aren’t for everyone. VIP packages. Sponsor allocations. Press passes. Partner invitations.
Before Ticmint 2.0, managing these meant creating separate events or manual workarounds. Now you can generate access-code URLs that surface only the ticket type assigned to them. Anyone without the right link simply cannot see or buy those tickets — all within a single event.
RSVP-Only Events
Not every event sells tickets. Some of our partners run corporate dinners, private gatherings, conference sessions, invitation-only launches. They needed a way to manage those through Ticmint without forcing a ticketing model that didn’t fit.
RSVP-only events let you invite guests, collect Yes/No/Maybe responses, capture decline reasons, manage your guest list, and track everything from a single screen. No ticket price required. No checkout flow. Just a clean, professional invitation and response experience.
Smarter Ticketing — Simpler, Clearer
Ticket creation is faster. Section groupings are now optional — if your event is simple, your setup should be too. Set capacity at the event level or per ticket. And the new transparent price-breakup view shows exactly how fees, taxes, and your revenue split before you publish.
No more guessing what you’ll earn per ticket.
Products, Variants, and Sub-Variants
Add-on sales were working. But organisers running merchandise, food and beverage, parking, and rental services needed more.
The rebuilt add-ons system supports a full product hierarchy: Product → Variant → Sub-variant. A T-shirt with sizes, and per-size colour options. A meal package with dietary variations. Set pricing at any level, organise under categories, use system templates for quick setup.
Advanced Registration Forms
You told us you needed more control over what data you collect from attendees. We listened.
Multiple forms per event. Order-level or per-ticket collection. Preset question templates. Auto-fill for returning attendees. Collect exactly what you need, structured the way you need it.
A Completely New Order Management Screen
The order screen was one of the biggest complaints from organisers running large-scale events. It was functional — barely. Support teams were fighting it every time a customer called.
The rebuilt screen was designed for speed. Search any order instantly. See full customer and payment details in one view. Track status — active, cancelled, refunded, checked-in. Cancel or refund an entire order, or an individual ticket within it. Resend tickets in one click.
Your support response time will drop. Your team will thank you for it.
Sale-Accelerator Tags
Drive urgency without doing it manually. Add static or dynamic tags at the event, slot, or ticket level — “Few Seats Left”, “Selling Fast”, “Sale Ends Soon” — triggered automatically by inventory thresholds or time-based rules.
Built-In Event SEO
Your event pages can now rank on Google — without any third-party tools.
Preview how your event appears in search before publishing. AI-suggested titles and descriptions. Manual meta tag editing. Custom slug configuration. Social preview images for Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn. All of it inside Ticmint.
Instant Membership Discounts + Members-Only Events
When a customer buys a membership in the same order, the discount applies immediately. No waiting, no separate step. And for the first time, you can now create events that are visible and purchasable only by active members.
Private Event Publishing
Keep events completely hidden from listing pages and search engines. Share via direct link only. For invite-only drops, limited-access events, or anything you want to control distribution for.
Auto-Generated QR Codes
Every event gets a QR code automatically. Drop it on a poster. Put it on a standee. Print it on a flyer. The gap between offline promotion and online ticket sales — closed.
Invitee List Management
Upload and manage a dedicated invitee list per event. Track invitation status, responses, and confirmations in one place. Built for curated events and VIP guest lists.
Validator Groups
Assign validators to events in bulk — no more adding people one by one. For events with large access control teams, this alone saves hours of pre-event setup.
Improved DTCM Flow for UAE Events
DTCM compliance is now smarter and more forgiving. The option only appears for UAE organisers. Events can be created without a performance code upfront — they move to “Under Review” automatically, and the code can be uploaded later when it’s ready. Tickets sync from DTCM seamlessly once approved.
Centralised Event Settings, New Ticket Settings, Improved Event List, Event Clone, Event Delete, New Dashboard Home
Everything else you asked for — and we mean everything.
Tags, categories, WhatsApp ticket delivery, NFT tickets, and guest checkout all in one settings screen. Currency, checkout timeout, order rules, and ticket upgrades on a single ticket settings page. Faster event search and filtering. One-click event duplication. Clean event deletion. A home screen that puts support docs, tutorials, and product updates front and centre.
This Is What We Were Building Toward
Every case study. Every support ticket. Every call where a partner said “this is almost what we need.” Every piece of feedback from the beta.
Ticmint 2.0 is the answer to all of it.
We’re proud of this release. Not because of the feature count — but because it represents two years of listening, building, and refusing to ship something that wasn’t ready.
The platform is no longer early. It’s complete.
And we’re just getting started.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. What is Ticmint 2.0?
Ticmint 2.0 is the largest product release in Ticmint’s history, launched in August 2025. It includes a fully redesigned event management dashboard, a rebuilt event creation flow, recurring event scheduling, RSVP-only event support, access code ticketing, a new order management screen, and 25 major new features built on feedback from organisers across 1,600+ events in 138 countries.
What makes Ticmint 2.0 different from earlier versions?
Ticmint 2.0 is a ground-up rebuild of the organiser experience. While the core platform — white label ticketing, attendee data ownership, built-in marketing tools — was already working, 2.0 rebuilds the interface and workflow layer entirely based on real organiser feedback: fewer clicks, smarter automation, recurring event support, private RSVP events, and a completely new order management screen.
3. Does Ticmint 2.0 support recurring events?
Yes. Ticmint 2.0 introduces a full recurring event system — daily, weekly, monthly, or custom frequencies. Ticket types are configured centrally with optional per-slot pricing overrides. Each slot has its own analytics dashboard tracking sales, attendance, and revenue independently.
4. What is white label event ticketing and does Ticmint offer it?
White label event ticketing means your attendees experience your brand — your domain, your logo, your checkout — not a third-party marketplace. Ticmint has offered white label ticketing since launch. Ticmint 2.0 extends this with improved customisation, private publishing, and native event SEO controls built directly into the organiser dashboard.
5. Can I create RSVP-only events on Ticmint?
Yes. Ticmint 2.0 introduced RSVP-only event support. Create invitation-only events without a ticketing flow, send personalised invitations, collect Yes/No/Maybe responses, capture decline reasons, and manage your full guest list from a dedicated screen.
6. What types of events use Ticmint?
Ticmint powers sports events (including the Yonex-Sunrise India Open — India’s largest badminton tournament), music festivals, wellness conferences, corporate events, community gatherings, government events, nightlife, and more. The platform supports events of any size, from private dinners to 13,000-ticket stadium-scale events.
7. Is Ticmint available outside India?
Yes. Ticmint operates in India, UAE, UK, US, Caribbean, LATAM, and 135+ countries. It supports multi-currency pricing, local payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, Revolut, Apple Pay, Tabby), and locale-specific compliance, including DTCM for UAE events.
