Do we need IT support or SSO to get started?

No. Any organiser — student, faculty, or alumni coordinator — can sign up with any email address. No campus SSO integration required. No IT department involvement needed to get started.

Can universities connect their own payment gateway?

Yes. University finance teams can connect their own payment provider — Razorpay, Stripe, or other supported gateways — so funds flow directly to the institution’s account with no intermediary.
