Ticket Checkout Terms and Conditions

• You hereby agree to comply with all the Terms and Conditions of the event manager and the host of the Event and the Terms and Conditions of Ticmint. 
• You are required to comply with all applicable venue health and security measures and any applicable laws and regulations which govern the use of the tickets.
• You are required to provide a valid email address for making any communications regarding the purchase of the Ticket of the Event. We shall not be responsible if the email id provided is incorrect.
• On making a successful payment, all the Tickets will be dispatched by Ticmint to your email address shared with us for communication.
• We engaged third-party banks or payment gateways to facilitate the payments through our platform. Payments will be subject to the terms and conditions of such banks or third-party payment gateways. You agree to adhere to the same. In case of any failure in payment including but not limited to interruption or failure of service the payment gateway, network related issues, failure to release fund or gain clearance from the partner entity, Ticmint is not entitled to dispatch such Ticket/s availed by you through the use of the platform. Any refund for transaction failure will be subject to the partner bank

• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency)

• You must produce a valid Ticket in order to gain access to the Event. Your Ticket may be invalidated in case if any part of the Ticket is altered, removed, or defaced. You may be required to provide identity proof or other requisites as stipulated by the Event Manager or Host for the event. Ticmint shall not be responsible for the same.
• You shall not sell, resale or transfer in any capacity, the Tickets of the Event purchased through the platform under any circumstance. You shall utilize this Ticket only for your personal use.   
• You hereby acknowledged that you may be denied access to the Event by the Event Manager or the Host in case of your failure to comply with above mentioned terms or any other instructions or guidelines of the Event Manager or the Host of the Event.
• The Tickets purchased through the platform are not refundable or exchangeable. Events may be cancelled or rescheduled as per the policy of the Event Manager. Any refund or cancellation will be as per the policy of the Event Manager and Ticmint. In case if you are authorized for any refund, the same shall be governed under the Ticmint Refund Policy (https://ticmint.com/refund-policy/)  and the policy of Event Manager.     
• Event Manager is entitled to deny you entry to the venue for any reason. We are not liable if the Event Manager fails to admit you due to damaged/ split/lost ticket or for breach of the terms.
• No refunds or compensation will be paid to you or any third parties if Event Manager eject you from the venue for any violation of policies or applicable laws.
• By attending the Event, you waive any claims you have or may have against Ticmint, the event manager, organizer, venue management, the venue, the artist and each member of such persons’ families, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, for personal injury, loss of or damage to property (including any vehicle in the venue car park) or death (in each case, howsoever occurring, and to the fullest extent permissible by law).
• You irrevocably consent to photography, filming and sound recording which may include you as an attendee at the venue and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
• You acknowledge that: (i) Ticmint is only a ticketing platform and service provider; (ii) we are not responsible for your actions at the event or venue or violation of the terms and conditions; (iii) we are not responsible for the Events including the actions of the event manager, organisers, artist etc and you waive any claims against Ticmint to this effect.
• Notwithstanding, Ticmint’s liability to you shall not, in any event, exceed the ticket cost.
• We do not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  

Our Liability

Whilst we try to ensure that all information on www.ticmint.com is accurate, no guarantees, representations or warranties are given that the content of our website is accurate, complete, up-to-date or error free. Use of www.ticmint.com is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby expressly exclude:

1. 1. 1. all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity; and
      2. any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our website or in connection with the access, use, inability to use, or results of the use of our website, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including liability for:
         1. loss of business;
         2. loss of income or revenue;
         3. loss of profits or contracts;
         4. loss of anticipated savings;
         5. loss of data;
         6. loss of goodwill;

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, malicious code or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of www.ticmint.com or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Severability

In the event any provision or part-provision of these Terms is found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed not to form part of these Terms and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms shall not be affected.

TICMINT HOLDINGS LIMITED may at its sole discretion amend these Terms at any time. Every time you wish to use our website, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. Therefore, you are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted, unless otherwise specified.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of UAE. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, or arising from or related to use of our website, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Abu Dhabi Global Market.a designated free zone under the United Arab Emirates
