How does bib number allocation work on Ticmint?

Bib allocation is managed through custom registration fields. You define the bib number range per distance category, and runners are assigned automatically at checkout. The full bib allocation list is exportable for your operations team.

Can Ticmint replace our current race registration platform?

Is there a limit on how many runners we can register?

How does race-day check-in work?

Every registration generates a dynamic QR code. Your team uses Ticmint’s mobile scanning app (iOS and Android) to scan at packet pickup, entry gates, or start corrals. QR codes are unique and fraud-resistant.

Can we manage multiple start corrals or access zones?

Yes. Zone-based access control lets you configure separate access for elite runners, paced corrals, VIP areas, sponsor hospitality, and general start areas — all from one dashboard.

Does Ticmint support on-the-day or offline registrations?

Yes. Box Office / over-the-counter registration is supported for on-site sign-ups on race day. Inventory syncs in real time with online registrations to prevent overselling.

Can Ticmint handle multi-venue or multi-city race events?

Yes. SkyAim Events ran 8 events across 7 venues using Ticmint. Multi-venue setup is supported with separate event configurations and centralised reporting.

What happens if a runner wants to transfer their entry?

Entry transfer rules are fully configurable. You decide whether transfers are allowed, set the transfer window, and control the process — Ticmint handles all the admin.

Is runner data owned by us or by Ticmint?

All runner data — names, contacts, custom field responses, purchase history — belongs to the organiser. Ticmint does not use or sell your attendee data. You can export, segment, and remarket to your runner database at any time.
