In response to user feedback, we’ve streamlined payment configuration, allowing easier integration and management directly within the Ticmint platform:
Centralised Payment Gateway Access: Partners can now set their payment preferences at the Ticmint level. For those without a dedicated gateway, Ticmint’s payment gateway can be directly applied via the admin console.
Self-Managed Payment Settings: Partners with their own payment providers now have the option to manage their configurations independently. This feature supports greater flexibility and control over transactions, aligning with our commitment to customisation for every user’s needs.
2. Built-in Email Marketing Tool
We’re excited to introduce a new Email Marketing feature in the dashboard, specifically designed to help partners communicate directly with their audiences. This feature allows for streamlined email campaign management, giving partners an easy, integrated solution for driving event awareness and engagement—all within the Ticmint ecosystem.
To accommodate unique event needs, we now support custom fields in event configurations. This addition provides flexibility for organisers to capture, manage, and display custom event attributes, enhancing the ability to tailor each event to specific requirements or audience segments.
4. Enhanced Website Customisation Options
We’ve added new options for website customisation, focusing on the Listing Page Footer and Banner Image Carousel:
Footer Customisation: Partners can now modify the listing page footer to align with their brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
Banner Carousel for Visual Impact: Our new banner image carousel feature supports multiple images, allowing partners to create a dynamic, visually engaging listing page that effectively highlights event details and promotions.
