At Ticmint, he keeps all departments in sync while balancing growth, product excellence, and team well-being. His mission? Turning startups into unicorns. His leadership? Nothing short of legendary.
Bhupesh Chaudhary
The battlefield general. Respected and loved by his tech team, Bhupesh isn’t just a leader—he’s a doer. As the former Head of Engineering at RazorPay, he knows how to scale systems like a pro. He leads by example, rolling up his sleeves and getting into the trenches with the team.
Kalidoss Kannan
The reliable force. Having worked with Bhupesh before, Kalidas is the go-to guy for solving any challenge under pressure. His loyalty, dedication, and work ethic make him an invaluable asset to the team. If you need something done, Kalidas delivers—every time.
Deni Kumar
Our event whisperer. With a background in sales, marketing, and events, Deni knows exactly what clients need—sometimes before they do. He’s a master of operations and logistics, ensuring ticketing runs like a well-oiled machine. If there’s a problem, Deni already has three solutions lined up.
Ajinkya Thakare
The sharpshooter. A former software engineer turned growth and marketing expert, Ajinkya is part of Growth X and never misses a target—literally. He was training for the Olympics in target shooting before shifting his precision skills to optimizing marketing strategies. Focus, execution, and results are his speciality.
Wajahat Khan
The frontline troubleshooter. When Wajahat calls, you know something needs immediate attention. As the bridge between our clients and tech team, he ensures smooth onboarding, seamless event creation, and rapid issue resolution. With his sharp problem-solving skills and top-tier communication, Wajahat doesn’t just fix problems—he prevents them from happening again. If Ticmint had a customer support hall of fame, he’d be the first inductee.

Software QA Engineer with expertise in manual and automation testing using Selenium with Java. I specialize in performance testing with JMeter, ensuring applications are reliable, efficient, and scalable. My skill set includes API testing and database testing, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software through robust testing strategies. Currently, I am exploring Playwright with JavaScript to further enhance my test automation capabilities and stay ahead in the evolving QA landscape.

Software QA Engineer with expertise in manual testing, specializing in UI/UX testing, functional testing, regression testing, test case preparation, and bug reporting. My keen eye for detail ensures a seamless user experience and high-quality software delivery. Currently, I am expanding my skill set by learning Selenium with Java from the ground up to strengthen my automation testing capabilities. The front-end warrior (and internal meme). One of Ticmint’s earliest developers, Aatir is known for getting things done, even under pressure. His name might be flagged on every error log (as per the dev team’s inside joke), but that’s only because he’s been involved in everything. A true team player who makes things happen.
